Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass sie auch Lust hätten, sich mal mit uns zusammenzusetzen und sich Gedanken zu machen, wie so eine ordentlich verteile Mittel- bzw. Ressourcendatenbank funktionieren könnte. Und vielleicht ist dieses GCS-Account-Problem ganz möglicherweise und wenigstens ein Stück weit wirklich über das [matrix]-Protokoll lösbar.
Sobald die Ressourcen-Datenbank näher spezifiziert ist, würde ich mich wirklich gerne mit den Leuten treffen.

Die ‘Institutional Grammer Research Initiative’ versucht u.a. die von Elinor Ostrom angewandten Strukturen in Software umzuwandeln und nähert sich dabei - wenn ich das richtig gesehen habe - Open Data Standarts an. Wenn es um Regelsetzung um die Verwendung von Commons/Gemeinsamen geht und hier wirklich in die Tiefe gegangen werden will, ist das von unbedingter Bedeutung.

The IGRI and its activities are designed to support principles of Commons-Based Peer Production (CBPP), which encourage collaboration across sectors (public, private, non-profit) and emphasize the use of open, collaborative platforms and “Copyleft” licensing for engaging scholars with common intellectual interests in scientific problem-solving wherever they live, globally [for information on Copyleft licensing see here and here].
